Amendment No. 1 was offered  by Representatives Rokeberg and

Page 2, line 17, following "Development":                                                           
 Insert ", one of whom shall be an employee of the department who                                   
is a certificated teacher and one of whom shall be a member of the                                  
Alaska State Council on the Arts"
